● At least two members must proofread and edit all written materials before distributing to the membership or anyone outside the Palisades Women’s Club Executive Board.

● Members and non-members may not sell goods or services at or during any Palisades Women’s Club meeting.

● To maintain trust, integrity, and respect among members, the following guidelines apply: All discussions, documents, and personal information shared during board meetings, whether in-person or virtual, are to remain confidential and not shared without the Executive Board's approval.
